2.3. Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading or deceptive marketing tactics, including false claims about offers or promotions.

2.4. All promotional materials and advertising should be truthful and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

2.5. Slots'nGold provides affiliates with a variety of marketing tools, including banners and links. Affiliates must only use the provided materials to promote Slots'nGold .

3. Commission Structure
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission based on the net revenue generated from referred players. The exact percentage and structure will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard.

3.2. Negative balances (e.g., player winnings exceeding losses) will be carried over to the next month.

3.3. Commissions will be paid monthly, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met. If the threshold is not met, the balance will carry over to the next payment period.

3.4. Slots'nGold reserves the right to adjust commission structures based on performance or breach of these terms.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payments will be made through the agreed payment method on your affiliate account.

4.2. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Slots'nGold is not liable for any payment errors caused by incorrect details.

4.3. All payments are made in Euros (€), and affiliates are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

4.4. Payment processing fees may apply depending on the selected payment method.

5. Termination and Account Suspension
5.1. Slots'nGold reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at its discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, breach of terms, or promotion of prohibited content.

5.2. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

5.3. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Affiliates may use Slots'nGold ’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the program.

6.2. Slots'nGold reserves all rights to its intellectual property, and unauthorized use outside of the affiliate program is strictly prohibited.

7. Confidentiality
7.1. Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any information related to Slots'nGold that is not publicly available, including marketing strategies, commissions, and business practices.

7.2. This obligation continues even after the termination of your participation in the affiliate program.

8. Amendments

9. Governing Law
